Buyers post requirements and sellers post offers using product-specific fields. Free-text classifieds are not supported.

- Grade, purity, or standard, captured in fields that can be compared.
- Quantity and unit
- Precise numeric quantities with the unit that the market actually uses.
- Origin and destination
- Where the product is and where it needs to go.
- Delivery and Incoterm
- Delivery window and commercial terms stated up front.
- Price model and currency
